The outside of the building in the back didn’t look the neatest and the pool did not have water in it as something had broken and it was not fixed when I stayed there. "This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "
"The place is amazing in the wood, restaurant and super market inside. The price is not cheap, in july I paid about two five cero per night. The only thing I didn't like is the check-in and check-out timing. Check-in is at 18.00 (too late) and check-out is at 9.00 (too early).
Additionaly, in the policies it was written that the music was not allowed, however, there was a lot of music for the baby dance and other internal events"

"It was a delightful pair of days. The staff and service is superb, I strongly recommend if you want to have beautiful days in an almost private beach in a park with excellent food. I recommend to dinne early to enjoy the sunset. Only suggestion is to increase the number of wine options from Tuscany in the wine list and to introduce a good vermouth. The drinks are great. Again congratulations to the staff!"
