This 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a selection of children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

This property boasts a private outdoor area featuring a garden, open terrace, and barbecue.

The location offers easy access to the Grand Massif ski area, including Morillon, Samoëns, Les Carroz d'Araches, and Flaine. In winter, you can ski directly from the chalet, with a blue run just 100 m away. A little further, at 700 m, you will find a newly equipped blue run with snow cannons, ensuring snow coverage despite the lower altitude of Morillon-Village (700 m).

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.

Guests are required to bring their own towels and bed linens. The bed dimensions are as follows: one double bed (140x200 cm sheets and duvet cover), two bunk beds (90x200 cm sheets and duvet covers), one fold-away bed (90x200 cm sheets and duvet cover), and one sofa bed (140x200 cm sheets and duvet cover). Alternatively, the necessary bed linen sets or sleeping bags with duvets can be provided by the owner for an additional fee per bed. Towels cannot be provided.

Mountain activities are available with the owner, who is also a certified mountain guide.
