It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. "

Didn't realise we saw the owner many times outside the property, as was never made aparent to us that the chap working in the garages and using the shared drive was the person I had been communicating with for almost a year about our stay. I think most people would expect a 'hello I'm "x" the owner hope you enjoy your stay' or 'hi, I'm "x" who you've been speaking with on the app' or something along those...

"Clean, bright, spacious and well equipped cottage with everything you need. Stunning views, beautiful garden with a hot tub. Alpacas in the field and many different birds come to visit. Hosts were friendly, welcoming and nothing was to much trouble."
