"I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. "We were 3 families with mostly older teens and young adults. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away. House was a good size with a sunny backyard area with large table. Contrary to other reviews, there are 2 proper showers which was more than adequate for us. Everything was very clean and ready to go with keypad entry so easy to get in."

"We had a fantastic stay in the cottage, which was in a great location for the main harbour, a great local pub (6 doors down), various public parking (buy a permit from Torbay council website) and town centre. All rooms were perfectly clean and very well equipped. Great area out the back to sit in the sun and enjoy a drink. We will definitely return in the future."

"Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. "Overall a good stay. Room was really spacious and bed was comfortable, although pillows were really bad. I booked room for 3, but everything was for 2, from towels to coffee, but this was not a problem as reception was polite and efficient and they brought towels in no time. We saw a major leak in coming from toilet, so not sustainable not appropriate as the floor became all wet."
