LESS THAN 500 FT FROM OCEAN!! Steps to the beautiful Crystal Coast Beach. Open living and dining with updated solid surface countertops in kitchen and baths, tile and hardwood floors. Private enclosed outdoor shower for cleanup after your day at the beach! Beach access only 2 doors down. Enjoy the ocean views and breezes from large covered front deck, the living room and your master bedroom window. There is also a covered front porch with rocking chairs and an extended porch for sunbathing. Perfect for a peaceful relaxing family getaway. Plenty of room for boat parking in your own private parking lot. We do not have cable TV only Internet TV, if you are not familiar with how to use it then you will likely not have TV during your stay. We also do not provide sheets, this helps to keep the cost down on our cleaning fees we incur. This is not a five star place and neither are our prices. It is a nice clean house with a five star location to the beach where you and your family can enjoy a week together.
Just bring your own linens (2 Queens and 2 Twins) sleeps 6.
You must be 28 or older to rent this property. NO SMOKING PLEASE. In 2023 we now allow a small dog 20 pounds are less with a pet deposit.

Great place and location!

It is a nice and quiet neighborhood! A nice place and a good value for your money! Host Kellie is responsive to messages and wants you to enjoy your stay as well!Could use a new bed frame in the front bedroom it creaks loudly when crawling in and out.Rear bedroom queen mattress has hard ridges which are not comfortable to feel.That said...overall we had a nice stay!

The property is in a great location, as advertised. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Was disappointed with the fact we had to bring ALL linens (itā€™s in the fine print of listing) people come to beach for vacation and donā€™t think to pack a bunch of linens-Especially people that fly in and have limited space. The beds were squeaky (hard to sleep) and floor was very slippery. The floor had oily substance all over. The nails in the deck are coming up, so be careful! Screws in place of boards would solve issue. The place is quiet and cute. I would stay again, but supplying linens should be standard for a stay in my opinion.

Home was perfect for a one night getaway! Communication with host was great! We were able to check in early as well as checking out late. Home was well equipped and perfect distance to beach! Was a great stay for quick getaway weekend.

Wonderful quiet area and beautiful scenery. Great view of the ocean plus a really short walk to the beach. Cute beach cottage. My son and his family stayed as we overflowed this year. Kellie was very accommodating and allows dogs which is great! She gets back to you quickly with any concerns or questions. It was a really great location and stay. Had just the right amount of room for my son and his family . Thx Kellie for being a great host! Back in Minnesota now oddly warm but no ocean.

Very much appreciated nightly rental opportunity. Great location. Beautiful place! Only complaints was WiFi was slow and not smart tv in bedroom. Also, plastic protector on mattress very loud to sleep on.

Excellent location especially for families

First I will say that Kellie, the owner, is excellent. She was very communicative and handled any issues we had upon arrival. Initially I would have scored lower, but because she was quick to reply and fix our issues in a timely manner, we were very pleased. Would stay again! The location was just perfect for our family since we have littles and have to carry a lot of things to the beach. Itā€™s also centrally located by Atlantic beach and Beaufort which were both towns we loved exploring.

Perfect in every way

We spent about week here with 4 children and it was perfect! The rooms are big enough to send the kids away at the end of the day when youā€™re all exhausted (parents will understand how important that is šŸ˜‚). Everything was exactly as described. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful porch to relax on. Very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely rent again.

Had the BEST time

The location alone is the best selling point of this property! I could not have asked for a better location. Beach access a few steps away. Quiet area, minimal traffic and the beach was very secluded. Perfect for letting our pup run on the beach! The house was just like the photos- had everything needed! Would 100% stay again!!

Felt right at home.

It was "just right" as, Goldilocks would say. First impression was comfortable without worrying about walking on egg shells. Perfect views from the front deck, quick stroll to the beach which was not crowded. Felt very safe. Thank you for sharing. Will certainly be back for a longer stay.

Excellent location, plenty of space inside, and easy access to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor shower and the hose to rinse off. Neighborhood was quiet at night, and we would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Stay!

Great location and just a stoneā€™s throw away from the beach! I was down here on a job for just over a month and this place was a perfect fit, a very quiet and peaceful location. The owner promptly addressed any minor issues we had to ensure a comfortable stay. If youā€™re looking for a great location at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. Thanks again Kellie!

Great location

Overall, this property location canā€™t be beat! If youā€™re not familiar with the area, you wonā€™t be super close to groceries / restaurants here (thatā€™s why we like it), so plan accordingly. If youā€™re a clean freak like myself, this property may not be for you. It was pretty obvious upon arrival that the cleaning crew just bleach wiped some things (we had to air the place out) before our arrival. I did a quick cleaning of my own and got up so much dirt / filth from countertops and table surfaces, so you may want to do the same. We hand washed our dishes as the dishwasher was disgusting. The deck is awesome (we spent most of our time here) but it is shared with the unit next door (thereā€™s a privacy wall). Luckily, nobody was there for our stay. Some of the deck furniture is damaged, so be very careful before sitting! Overall, great spot - may book again for a single night, but would not book for longer than that. Again, I may be a tad high maintenance, but I would not shower at this property which wasnā€™t a problem for our short stay.
