Private enclosed outdoor shower for cleanup after your day at the beach! Beach access only 2 doors down. Enjoy the ocean views and breezes from large covered front deck, the living room and your master bedroom window. There is also a covered front porch with rocking chairs and an extended porch for sunbathing. Perfect for a peaceful relaxing family getaway. Plenty of room for boat parking in your own private parking lot. We do not have cable TV only Internet TV, if you are not familiar with how to use it then you will likely not have TV during your stay. We also do not provide sheets, this helps to keep the cost down on our cleaning fees we incur. This is not a five star place and neither are our prices. It is a nice clean house with a five star location to the beach where you and your family can enjoy a week together.

You must be 28 or older to rent this property. NO SMOKING PLEASE. In 2023 we now allow a small dog 20 pounds are less with a pet deposit.
