"We really enjoyed our stay although we didn't meet the owners we spoke to them on the phone and they were very friendly and welcoming we could not get the channels on the tv to work but that was probably us. We would stay again if we were up in Preston."

"Whole stay was disgraceful. On arrival there was no record of the 2 rooms I had booked. After proving the booking through Expedia, the manager told us to cancel our Expedia booking to get things sorted. One room put in neighbouring hotel. Both rooms had a new price which took an original quote of £550 up to £850. The hotel was more akin to a construction site than a hotel as the owners claimed to have only taken over the hotel 2 months prior, were revamping the place and were 'opening' on the...

"The owners were lovely, friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Although there is no onsuite toilet the ones available were very clean. In our room we did have our own shower room. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quite B&B"
