"Very nice. Only drawback is that they don't do breakfast (there is a good kitchen with everything you need if you have supplies). There is a coffee machine and there's a bakery just up the street that was open even on Sunday morning, so it isn't a disaster if you don't come equipped."

"Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows. "

Man kann sich auf die Stockwerke verteilen, findet immer irgendwo Platz zum Spielen oder kann sich in die Sauna zurückziehen. Vom Haus aus starten direkt tolle Wanderwege. Gut wäre die Check-Out Zeiten einheitlich zu halten, damit es nicht zu Irritationen kommt."

"Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlichem Charme in einem denkmalgeschütztem Gebäude. Trotzdem komfortabel und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit herzlich willkommen inklusive unserer vierbeinigen Begleitung. Familienanschluss und Freizeitprogramm war inklusive, wenn gewünscht - sehr empfehlenswert! "Wir waren im ersten Stock welche durch eine Gittertür abgetrennt ist. Dort hatten wir 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Küche sowie 1 Wohnzimmer. Alles etwas im rustikalen Stil eingerichtet aber ok. Die Gastgeberin Frau Mayer ist eine nette Lady die alles im Griff hat. Urschmitt hat kein Lokal aber in 5-7 km Entfernung findet man alles."

"Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Ort Alf, in 2.Reihe an der Mosel. Diese ist fußläufig in ca. 10min erreichbar. Aus den Fenstern schaut man in den gegenüberliegenden Wald und in den Ort. Das Haus selber ist in einem tadellosen, neu renovierten Zustand und lässt in keinem Aspekt Wünsche offen. Die Küchenausstattung ist reichhaltig, alle Etage verfügen über einen großen Balkon. Sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts ist es phänomenal ruhig, sodaß man gut Kraft auftanken kann. Wandern ist vom Haus aus...

"J'ai passer avec mon copain 2 super journées. La maison est jolie,grande et spacieuse. Les propriétaires sont toujours la en cas de besoin. Le seule chose que est vraiment dommage c'est le supermarché,nous ne pouvons pas etre dans le jardin sans que personne regarde. Sinon cest super, je recommande a 100%."

"Es war wieder einmal sehr schön bei euch. Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es stimmte einfach alles und wir kommen bestimmt wieder . Die Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen auch als guten Ausgangspunkt für Besuche an der Mosel oder am Rhein."

"Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Stadt ist, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit sehr viel Charme. Hier und da ein paar Spinnenweben und Staub, was ich persönlich nicht schlimm fand. Möbel auf dem Balkon könnten erneuert werden. Schlüsselübergabe durch Tresor, also sehr unkompliziert. Gastgeberin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder kommen :)"
