"Great stay and fantastic views. Felt like we were isolated, yet only 10 minutes from Kilmarnock. Enjoyed the great blue heron, seagulls, nuthatches and humming bird that were around the property. Large rooms and plenty of space to spread out."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at the little blue house. It is well furnished with a completely equipped kitchen. Peaceful water views. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds. Easy access to White Stone, Kilmarnock and Urbanna. We took advantage of getting take out at The River Market in White Stone and Something Different in Urbanna. Forrest was VERY responsive. All in all….a great stay. "

"Our group spent a wonderful week at David's lovely and private home! The group included four families with kids ranging in age from 5-16 yo. Everyone had plenty of space - the bunk sleep room was great for the kids. The house was well appointed including kitchenware and comfortable furniture. "This property is wonderful. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and care the hosts obviously have for this property. Our dog loved being able to play in the large yard. "We had a wonderful time here. The house was clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed. There were so many things to do and play with there, so my children never got bored...and I got to enjoy some calm and quiet time while laying in the hammock, reading my book, and listening to the water. Overall, it was the perfect weekend getaway spot. "
