"We booked the day before. Got a notice the day of that check-in time was being pushed back 1.5 hours. Ended up being two hours. No offer to compensate for lost time. Just told we could cancel which was not an option after driving 10 hours that day to an area with very limited vacancies. When we arrived it was hard to find the unit as the number was next to a door the code didn’t work at. The unit ended up being in behind that unit.
