The upper apartment (approx. 76 m²) with a south-facing balcony accommodates 4 people and features 2 bedrooms on two levels (an additional cot and highchair are available), a bathroom with toilet and shower, a kitchen (4-burner stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, complete tea service including tea warmer), and a living room with access to the balcony. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV, radio, free Wi-Fi, and a telephone. In addition to the apartment, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue is available in the garden, and play equipment is provided for small children. Parking and bicycle storage are available at the house. A freezer is located in the hallway.

The North Sea Service Card is available for optional purchase; this is an area exempt from visitor's tax.
