Two bedrooms downstairs and one up. Bunkbeds kind of in a dark corner downstairs, no door. One bathroom down and one up. The kitchen, master and living is on the second floor. Great hot water and water pressure. Beds all super comfy. Has charcoal grill (bring charcoal) and wifi (but it doesn't really work so maybe pack...

The only thing that was missing was a dishwasher, but we made it work thank you to Roxanne for being a great host and getting back with me whenever I had a question we would definitely return one day I would recommend it to anybody that needs a getaway. It’s way out in the country Right on the river."

"What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!"
