As soon as you enter, the villa seduces with its clean and modern lines, its bright living room and elegant decoration where every detail has been thought out to create a warm atmosphere.
The main living space opens naturally to the outside, inviting you to take full advantage of the view of the river, the garden and the pretty turquoise swimming pool.
Note that the living room does not have bay windows and is secured by roller shutters on either side.

The perfectly equipped modern kitchen opens onto the main living space allowing conviviality and connection between guests during your evenings with friends or family.

Outside, the swimming pool blends harmoniously into the environment, offering a privileged, secure and intimate space for relaxation, bordered by tropical vegetation.
It is extended by an outdoor kitchen sheltered under a fare potée (traditional Polynesian shelter), a place for sharing for outdoor meals, in the shade.

The first bedroom at the entrance of the house has its own bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet), a TV and a queen size bed (180x200)
The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (queen size bed - 180x160) while the third has sleeps four: a queen size bed (160x200) and two bunk beds (90x200)
The two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.

This vacation rental is also equipped with a laundry room, including a washing machine and dryer, ideal for medium to long term stays.

Villa Noa Vai is located in a residence on the sea side that is nicknamed the "little Venice" of Moorea. Indeed, it benefits from a unique setting since it is crossed by a canal leading to the lagoon and offering privileged access to the sea by kayak.
During your stay, you will have two double kayaks at your disposal. The channel is easily accessible by taking the kayak ramp in the garden.
