    Villa Māha Iti 2 can accommodate 2 people comfortably, 4 people max.

    For sleeping:
    - 1 bedroom with A/C and a queen size bed, and an ensuite bathroom on the ground floor
    - 1 sofa-bed in the living room for 2 additional people

    For cooking/dining:
    - spacious, fully equipped and beautifully finished kitchen
    - outdoor dining area

    For lounging:
    - living room with sofa-bed
    - bar stools on the poolside
    - sun chairs by the pool

    All guests are provided bath towels and pool towels.

    The location:
    Tiahura is a village inside the town of Haapiti where some of the most famous restaurants, shops, public beaches and activities are located.
    - 15min walk or 1min drive to the famous Plage des Tipaniers
    - 30min walk or 2min drive to Tiahura Public Beach
    - 35min drive from the Ferry Dock
    - 30min drive from the Airport
    - 2min drive to Coco Beach departure dock

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Villa Māha Iti 2 is one of 2 little sister villas located on the same property but are separated by a wooden fence, so guests of both villas can have privacy. Each villa gets 1 parking space per villa, therefore, you will be sharing the parking space with another group, if they’re renting Villa Māha Iti 1, and you might cross paths with other guests at some point during your stay.

    ## Access

    The guests have the entire unit to themselves as well as their own private pool but will share the laundry room and parking space with other guests. The villas are separated by a wooden fence so guests of both villas can have privacy.

    ## Neighborhood

    Tiahura is one the most coveted neighborhoods in Mo'orea. It is where most of the shops, restaurants, and activities departure are located as well as being close to some of the most beautiful beaches and departure docks to go to the Motus (islets in the middle of the lagoon).

    ## Transit

    Guests are strongly encouraged to rent a car or vehicule. Public transportation is not reliable.

Absolutely stunning stay in Moorea!

This beautiful, brand-new rental is perfectly private and secluded, with its own pool — which was an absolute highlight. The location is amazing: just a short walk from the small supermarket and a 10 min walk to Les Tipaniers beach, with several great restaurants just a short drive away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommended!

Un agréable séjour! La Villa bien que petite est très agréable en particulier quand il fait beau.C'est très propre et confortable. Tout l'équipement est de grande qualité et la piscine un vrai plus!! Il manque cependant un peu de vaisselle. L'emplacement est super avec à proximité des restaurants, la plage et un magasin très bien fourni à 2 minutes à pied !

Perfect little accommodation

We have loved our stay at Villa Māha Iti 2 and would definitely return! The kids loved the pool and their own little space in the mezzanine. We loved the spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Despite its small size, it felt spacious with the gorgeous and private outdoor space. We made the most of the loungers facing directly onto the sunset, and the washing machine at the back of the house. The location was ideal for lagoon activities, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, and so would the kids who left with a tear in their eyes!

Restful & safe stay

Enjoyed my stay! The neighborhood felt very safe-which was important to me as a woman traveling alone. This space is perfect for 1-2 people, but I largely didn’t use the upstairs due to the warm climate up there. The pool was heavenly and a perfect size to relax in. The deck is my favorite part of this property and has Mountain Views- very tranquil and inviting with lush greenery and flowers. This stay caters to early risers as there are lots of roosters in the vicinity, and sometimes they come for a visit in the yard. Host was very responsive, and WiFi was fast! Good value for the price.

Excellent séjour

La villa Maha Iti 2 est moderne, neuve et propre. Conforme à la description nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la piscine est aussi un plus dans le confort de la maison, toujours à bonne température même le matin. Spacieuse avec un beau volume à l'intérieur, elle est aussi proche du "Village" de Tiahura où il y a de très bon restaurant et un magasin à proximité. Nous y reviendrons !

Very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved having the pool and patio to relax on. Good location close to good beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. Management was very quick to respond to questions.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Maha Iti. We rented both units as there were 6 of us. It was perfect. Units are brand new, very clean, furnished with basics to prepare meals. The bed linens and towels were high quality. Only the main floor bedrooms had air conditioning, during our visit it was too hot to sleep in the lofts. The pools were awesome- so nice to have a place to cool off after a day at the beach! Beaches were a short drive away. We loved walking to the little store 5 minutes away for fresh pastries, fruits and bread each morning. The property manager, Jade, is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great place!! My girlfriend and I stayed for originally 2 nights but that turned into 5 nights! Great location. Beautiful neighborhood. It was very hot out so the pool was perfect. The loft is all open air so unless you close the metal shutters at night the two beds up top might be hot and buggy. Luckily we were in the main bedroom with the A/C! Would definitely come back and stay here again!
