"Annette was so friendly that we felt like home. The room had a good size and the bathroom was big. The breakfast was amazing, and they did the hot meal as you liked. The location was easy to go to different vineyards and there are good restaurants nearby. We highly recommend stay there. "

"I am a repeat visitor to Pontac. A lovely place to spend time at, especially outside on the stoep. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, wonderful views of the mountains surrounding Paarl. Definite value for money. The only area for improvement would be breakfast, it is okay, but could use some attention."
"Big and confortable family room, cosy swimming pool and made to order hot and cold breakfast. Yolanda was the best host one could hope for. Despite the city being on a power outage due to a fire on the main electricity source, the staff did the best they could to keep us confortable. Her tips and directions were spot on and made our 3 night stay at Nuwerus a memorable one! I would definitely stay @ Nuwerus again.

Its a listed building and having breakfast in the old part of the house is so cool. That is a true South African breakfast. Delicious. Never tasted a eggs bennie that good."
"Lovely high spec cottage. Clean and new interiors. A romantic stay for couples but we had a three year old! Peaceful and quiet location. A short drive to shops and not too far to some good vineyards. Breakfast was quite nice but would be good to have a helpful option. My daughter loved the trampoline and small playground. Felt like a safe location. Iâd recommend taking the hotel up on their offer of starting the hot tub for arrival as I couldnât manage it!"
