"Dark Canyon was indeed a great off grid experience. The 360-degree views around the cabin with no other humans around offered something not found very often. Sitting on the deck at sunset while enjoying a glass of whiskey and looking at the Bears Ears was truly a western experience. The sunrises make you want to get up early just to experience the beauty. "We enjoyed our stay in Blanding. There are So many wonderful things to see and explore. Im not used to waiting until the day of to get the code for entry and the host was nice to give it to us earlier than usual.The place was clean. Check out was a breeze with just taking out the garbage and making sure the door was locked and lights all off.I would suggest a sharp knife for cutting vegetables and such. Both neighbors could stand to tidy up their yards, but that isn't on the host!We would stay...

"This host is amazing! She was quick to respond to our questions and so helpful and willing to meet our needs. The host had a wonderful welcome basket and a binder to help us get to know the area. The kitchen is well stocked. The couch pulls out so you could sleep on it or relax after a long day of hiking. I missed that there wasn’t a TV when I booked, but we streamed on a laptop. We would LOVE to stay here again. We highly recommend this place. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is charming. We experienced very good communication from the property owner. The location was a convenient launching point for our daily adventures at Canyonlands and are state parks. (Don't skip Dead Horse Point State Park. Amazing place.) A few more clothes hangers in closets would be nice, and a few more spices for food preparation. We added some for future visitors. All in all, we can recommend this rent with enthusiasm."

"Perfect place to spend the night! The little cabin was attractive, clean and quiet yet convenient to town. Exactly as described. Julie was awesome- very prompt in contacting us, even as a last minute booking. The coffe and tea was a added bonus we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning.
