Restaurant Le Flocon offers a cosy atmosphere with excellent pizzas, Asian dishes, and crepes, plus a nearby bowling alley for post-dinner fun. Restaurant Le Solario provides stunning views, hearty meals, and friendly service on a spacious terrace. For après-ski drinks, Via Ferrata is perfect with its great beer selection, fire pits, and lively music.
• Outdoor Activities: Montvalezan offers a variety of outdoor activities for all seasons. In winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding at La Rosière, while summer brings hiking and mountain biking through stunning alpine landscapes. For thrill-seekers, paragliding offers breathtaking views of the mountains. Whether you're after adventure or relaxation, Montvalezan has something for everyone.
• Places to Visit: Montvalezan offers several must-see spots. Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €500 per accommodation (refundable provided no damage, missing items or additional cleaning is required).
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.

Facilities

• Parking: covered parking available at the residence / free during the summer season. Electric vehicle charging stations are available at Chalet Alparena (both are paid services)
• Wellness area (16+): 2 saunas, 1 hammam, whirlpool, deckchairs. Hours: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. / 3:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. (closed Saturdays).
• Spa Hotel Alparena: pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, fitness room (free access), and wellness treatments (paid). Open Sunday to Friday, 10 AM–12 PM and 3 PM–8 PM (closed Wednesday and Saturday).
• ROSA Restaurant (Italian cuisine): open from 11:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. / 6:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
• Grocery store: open 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. / 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
• Precision Ski sports store: open from 8:30 am to 7 pm
• Laundromat: 15 minutes walk away in the village

• Beds made on arrival (except living room bedding). Option not available during the summer season.
• Bathroom linen provided (towels, bath mats).
• Towels and sheets for living room bedding are to be picked up at reception.
• End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen). Please note that guests must empty the dishwasher and bins, clean the fridge and oven and put the bed linen and towels in the bags provided. A cleaning may be charged if the apartment is not left in a proper condition.
• Cleaning kit (sponges, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dish soap, and a degreaser).
• Self-service firewood (wood storage at parking level).
• Board games available for rental.

• Additional kit of towels or sheets: €8 per kit
• Additional kit of cleaning products: €6 (on-site)
• Covered garage of the residence (max. height 1m90 & 2m30 at chalet 4): €70/week / Free during the summer season.
• Electric cars can be recharged at Chalet Alparena for an additional fee.
