Newer home located South of Montrose. Great amenities, open floor plan. 360 views to die for. 20 minutes from MTJ airport. Stay here and travel to nearby Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride, Silverton, Crested Butte, Black Canyon, Blue Mesa, Grand Mesa, Grand Junction.

This is a 4 seasons location. Enjoy it all year long!

We have space to park an RV if you are traveling in one!

Everything at the home was wonderful! The extra fees after 2 people is annoying considering it’s a two bedroom home, has a kids area & says it accommodates 4…..Awesome host. Host refunded us the fee for one person since we have a 1yr old, which was nice but still kinda ridiculous to charge extra for more than 2 people when there’s already an added cleaning fee. Beautiful property, if it’s a me & wife vacationing id stay again but not again with the whole fam bam sadly…

We had a wonderful stay at 360 Views. The home was nicely furnished and stocked with everything that you would need. Sue is a very good communicator and is so cordial. I would stay again if we are in the area again!

Beautiful home, beautiful location. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and friendly, accessible hosts. Stayed here for our visit to the Black Canyon and the town of Montrose was close for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this home!

Very Nice Property!! Nicely decorated, super clean, comfortable, and has awesome views. Literally everything you could possibly need is provided. It is in a nice rural setting with lots of peace and quiet. Amazing night sky views. Location is a perfect base for travelling to Ouray, Silverton, Telluride, and of course Montrose. Sue was a super Host - very friendly and helpful!!

Great spot in a perfect location to explore

Lovely home in Montrose. Quick and easy to get places - 10 minutes or so from the airport. We drove the Million Dollar Highway, and all the way to Moab another. Host was excellent and communicative. Would recommend!

Clean, Beautiful Views, & Friendly Hosts

We have stayed in A LOT of VRBO spaces as a family and this one is by far my favorite!! The space was very clean and had wonderful lighting and a deck with beautiful views of the mountains. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were located on each end of the house which offered some privacy. Sue provided sleep masks for each guest, so the extra lighting that came in did not wake you up, which was really thoughtful. I especially appreciated the organic cotton towels, which were very soft. The hosts offered suggestions on how to spend our days as a family with our kids at the national Park and where to eat in the evening. They even let our son play with their family dog; he had a blast. We highly recommend anyone that is visiting in the area to stay at their guest house.

Great place, super host

The property exceeded our expectations. It was in great shape and well located for activities in the surrounding towns like Ouray, Ridgway and Montrose. We had a fun time exploring the area with our off-road vehicle and also hiking the many trails. Sue is an outstanding host, very nice and responsive! We’ll definitely stay at her place again next time we are in town.

Great Location and Views!

My family loved our stay in this beautiful house. The views were amazing. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Even on a hot day, the home was cool and comfortable. The owners are kind and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and at home. We also loved the personal art collection on the walls!

Wonderful stay!

One of the best!

We stayed for 3 nights, explored the area with Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Blue Mesa Reservoir area,,and towns of Telluride, Silverton and Ouray. Our host, Sue, was THE BEST! She communicated early with us, often as needed, and was so helpful with suggestions and conversation (that WE initiated). They live on the property but were NOT intrusive at all. Such a good location to explore and perfect house with beautiful views. Will definitely use again when we revisit!

Can't Wait to Use Again!

We booked this home for our adult children that came to visit us. The location was perfect. Easy to get to, ample parking, beautiful scenery. It had been decorated for Christmas which was very nice. Sue is a great host and answered all of my questions. We plan to book this again if it's available when we have guests. Highly recommend!

New house, great place, happy experience

The house is new, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything is convenient. Sue is a fantastic host. We enjoyed the stay very much. The only little thing that needs improvement is the internet is not very fast, but not a big deal.

Beautiful home and a great location

My wife, toddler son and I really enjoyed our stay at Sue's beautiful house. Perfect location between Telluride, Montrose and Ouray. Very Clean, with huge windows that let in a lot of light. On farm land with wild flowers growing all around. Excellent all around, would highly recommend for anyone

All you need

Sue and Mike went out of their way to help make our trip to Montrose perfect. We were there for a wedding and our house here was command central. Everything we needed was right here. So much like home, we got home with one of Sue's baking dishes as we have one just like it. Great hosts. Great house. Great location.
