"Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location."

"What a wonderful place to spend a weekend or a whole week with family -- or several fmailies. This spaceious yet cozy home sits atop a hill with views for miles of the rolling hills of Northern Pennsylvania. Or up close you can see families of rabbits hop around. When we stayed we also got sunshine and lovely weather. The hosts made sure we had everything and knew where everything was -- it was a Pennyslvania Paradise!"

"Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically...
