"It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay."

"Absolutely Amazing “Round House”! You have to see it to believe it! I’d love to know more about the history and design behind the whole property if possible? There is so much there to do and see! "We simply loved our stay at this back country home. Our children loved the arcade and the pond. We had a scenic 20 minute drive to Elk Mt. Ski Resort. The check in was super smooth and the house sparkling clean. We cant wait to come again on our next ski trip to Elk!!!"

"Our good friends daughter was getting married at the Fern Hall Estate and we did not like the hotel options provided. We couldn’t have had a better weekend. The house is bigger and better than the listing shows. We were a party of 8 adults and a 1 year old and theee was plenty of room for all. The house was furnished beautifully."

"Our family of three generations gathered for Christmas and we had an amazing time. The house was lovely - clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. We were lucky with some mild weather on Christmas day which allowed us some time outdoors, but I can imagine how nice the outside area must be during the warmer months. We were grateful for the time we had together and for a place to stay as a whole family."

"Great place to stay. Cannot get any closer to Elk Mountain. Fireplace kept us warm. Beautiful home inside and out. The host left so many condiments (bottle of wine, etc.). Only downside was the strange showers & was very muddy due to the weather, not the hosts' fault of course. Dennis H"

"This was our 3rd trip here, and even with some rainy days, as usual, it did not disappoint! "I did a solo trip (+pup) to reset after a particularly rough work season. The cabin was lovely, rustic worn furniture but cozy and comfortable. The house was packed with the essentials including fire wood. There was a smart tv mounted in the living room and the water pressure was perfect in the shower.
