18th century renovated farmhouse situated in a quiet farming hamlet

Beautiful renovated 18th century Farmhouse with it's beamed ceilings and exposed 'tofu' stone walls sits in an acre of gardens, welcomes you to come and enjoy the Anjou region with is many attractions. We are situated in a small peaceful farming hamlet with lovely views of the open countryside, with it's winding lanes to explore by bike or foot.

The gite is fully equipped, very spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard to provide all the home comforts to ensure that our guests can enjoy that well earned holiday.

The area outside of the gite is paved and landscaped and provides plenty of seating in both the sun and shade and there is a barbecue so that you can enjoy out door dining.
In front of the gite is a 5 mtr x 1.2 mtr overground pool which provides a perfect place to cool off during the hot summer months and for children to splash and play around in. In our second garden, “our play area” which is well equipped for both children to run around and adults to relax, there is a a trampoline, table tennis, swings, swing ball & badminton net along with bats, balls & outside games. This garden is also home to our vegetable garden which provide fresh produce for us and our guests to enjoy during their stay,

An assortment of adult bikes are are available for our guests to use during their stay.

Inside the gite there is TV with both French & English channels.

We are right in the heart of the countryside but only 5km from the beautiful historic town of Montreuil Bellay with it's chateau, river thouet and a selection of shops, restaurants & bars.

The major attractions of this part of the Loire are within a short distance from the farmhouse, such as chateaux, musuems, parcs, troglodytes, lakes, swimming, amusement parcs, rivers, fishing, canoeing, horse riding, wine tours, cylce paths, zoo, karting & golf. The location, area and the farmhouse make this a perfect holiday spot for families and couples.

Loire is famous for it's wines and wine trails start from our farmhouse, these will allow you to discover our beautiful villages and take in a tour or two at one of the many vineyards.
