1. No Parties or Events
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 fine.
2. Registered Guests Only
Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 fee per person per night.
3. Noise Curfew
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise during these hours will result in a $200 fine and possible eviction.​
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.​
5. Pet Policy
No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine and immediate eviction.​
6. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Exceeding this limit will incur a $100 fee per additional guest per night.​
7. Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 4 PM; check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour.
8. Trash Disposal
Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash in the designated bins. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.​
9. Damages and Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. Charges will be based on repair or replacement costs.​
10. Use of Appliances
Use of appliances is restricted to their intended purpose. Misuse will result in a $100 fine and possible eviction.​
11. Parking
