This first-floor condo has beautiful gleaming hardwood floors throughout. Features include a STUNNING new spa-like bathroom with heated tile floors and oversized walk-in rain shower. Full washer/dryer in the condo. Central Air conditioning. Electric fireplace with remote in living area and a large private outdoor balcony off the bedroom. The queen bed features luxurious 500 thread count sheets on a ULTA comfortable pillow top mattress. The kitchen was recently completely remodeled! It's fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances and has a great three person breakfast bar. Super fast and secure wireless internet and upgraded cable/DVR Smart TV. Just one short block to the underground metro stop ( Beaudry ) 4 blocks to the major (Berri UQUAM ) metro stop! 1/2 block from a new and beautiful natural /organic grocery store, liquor/wine store and many restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife and all within walking distance. This vacation home will not disappoint! Condo Is Spotless! Covered parking is available just three short blocks away at the Governor Hotel ($18/night). This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The pictures are amazing, but they donā€™t even do it justice. The location was spectacular, peaceful, private, and perfectly situated for experiencing Montreal. The condo was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. From the cozy furnishings to the quality pots and pans, every detail exceeded our expectations. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Great property, rough booking

I enjoyed a weekend stay here. Booking through VRBO was rough, but the host and I figured it out. The property was accurate to the listing - the rainfall shower was my favorite feature. I had a few accessibility concerns, but was able to navigate the space and neighborhood.

Modern, gorgeous condo - perfect for a romantic getaway

We loved, loved, loved, this beautiful condo. Pristine, clean, with beautiful amenities, walking distance from the best of Montreal's sights and shopping. Whether we were venturing out to sightsee or staying in for a cozy evening in front of the fire, we couldn't have asked for a better location. We'd recommend it to anyone who wants to feel pampered on their getaway.

A Lovely Stay In a Marvelous City.

The apartment exceeded all expectations..Everything was top of the line . The check in was a breeze. The location was perfect for near by restaurants, clubs , public transportation. Classy Convenience

Everything about this apartment is top notch. The location is convenient, in a walkable neighborhood, close to restaurants, coffee shops and metro. Keypad entry into the building and again into the apartment was user friendly and secure. First impression upon entering the apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient space. Everything about this unit says ā€œquality.ā€ Good lighting and very functional with plenty of electrical outlets and charging stations. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality cookware, knives and kitchen tools. Bed is comfortable and bedroom has plenty of closet space. Bathroom is beautifully tiled, well-lit and with a great shower. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful, High-End Finishings. Comfortable and Quite. Perfect location to enjoy The Village and very close to two Metro Stations to connect you anywhere and explore the city and surroundings. Our favorite adventure was the Botanical Gardens, if you are looking for that must do, especially with the summer bloom in itā€™s full glory. Canā€™t wait to come visit again.

A wonderful stay, again

This was our second stay at Wolfe Street. The apartment is well laid out, comfortable and spotless. Everything we needed was there (with a very, very minor exception of wine glasses - but there were plenty of other glasses). We enjoyed the neighborhood and our hosts' suggestions for restaurants - we loved O Thym, just around the corner, and metro access is very, very easy. Our stay could not have been better.

Iā€™ve stayed at Davidā€™s condo many times over the years and it canā€™t be beat for style, lux appointments, and convenience. This trip saw a new washer, dryer, coffeemaker, and Hue lighting. David continually invests in the property, and he is easy to reach if any questions arise. Top of the line.

Calm, quiet and restful

The condominium is a beautifully appointed living space. Immaculately clean with all the amenities of an upscale hotel. Great neighborhood coffee shop "Pourquoi Pas" and wonderful brunch at the cafe "Alejandro", are both just around the corner. The Metro is very close too. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

AMAZING Stay in Montreal!

This has to be one of the best vrboā€™s I have stayed at. The attention t detail, cleanliness, supplies and location came together to make the perfect stay. This place is super modern, clean and lovely. David was super accommodating and kind. I couldnā€™t have asked for a better choice. My only regret is not spending more time in the vrbo rather then being out all day. We will be back!

Idyllic Christmas Trip in a Perfect Apartment

The apartment was exactly as shown in photos and described. Gorgeously decorated, spotlessly clean, the nicest and most well stocked apartment that we have ever rented, ever, worldwide. The hosts have thought of everything anyone could ever need when away from home, all in the most comfortable and cozy environment. Comfy bed, oodles of closets, tons of hangers, fluffy towels, every cooking tool imaginable, all very high quality. The welcome book gave us all the details we needed to settle in right away. I had one question while staying and my query was answered promptly. The neighborhood was incredible. Last time we were in Montreal we stayed in the old port area, but found it to be too touristy. Always a treat to visit, but not where we want to "live." Rue Wolfe felt like "home," with groceries, SAC, fun bars and delicious food options all within a few blocks. The subway and bus options within short walking distance. We were even lucky enough to find legal street parking right across from the condo at the end of our stay, but the recommended garage was easy and close by (rates have increased to $25 per day, not bad). We will definitely plan to return to the condo on our next visit to Montreal - our new home away from home!

We loved this condo. It is nicer than the pictures can show. Extremely nicely equipped, it has everything. Very comfortable. Quiet, we slept very well. St Catherine street, right outside is both a big plus or a small minus, it just depends on what you like. It is a long pedestrian street with all kinds of business, and easy walking to two lines on the metro. The negative is just that the street is pretty busy with lots of people. Still in the condo you would never know it, and one block up is a beutiful more quite street. The owners were very easy to work with, they answered all text right away. would love to stay here again.

Very clean, well stocked, and better looking in person. The surrounding neighborhood is littered with homeless checking car doors and using drugs. Definitely be aware of your surroundings.

Great place!

I picked the property because it looked as if a designer did it (and that was true). The place is central in the Gay Village. It's well-appointed and spotless. The details were great on the unit. Loved that. The bed was comfortable. Would love some thinner pillows, but they were still comfortable. We had some questions and the owner was very responsive and kind. I'd stay there again.

Place has everything you could possibly need for your stay and then some. Owners were friendly and quick to respond. Location is ideal though we chose a poor time to visit (new years/curfew = closures and no nightlife)

A Stylish Montreal Residence

The luxurious condo is exceptionally well appointed and maintained. Quality construction, furnishings and comforts can be throughout the living space, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Every detail was carefully considered and executed at the highest quality. We arrived to find everything beautifully cleaned and sanitary. Easy access to the metro, grocery stores, Starbucks, local restaurants and bars; though the street is rather quiet. We easily were able to communicate with the owner to discuss check-in and check-out, and they were most accommodating. We so enjoyed our four-night stay, that we were sad to leave. An excellent choice for couples visiting Montreal.
