We are located in the heart of downtown Montreal, step to shopping, subway/metro station (Lucien L'allier station only one block and Guy Concordia station two blocks away) grocery, theatre, restaurant, bar, museum, bell centre, Concordia university and etc....(all this are just within 3 blocks away) We provide short term rental (Minimum One Month) to suit your need. We have unirs from double size bed, queen size bed, king size bed, two single size beds, two double size beds room available with quality duvet pillow and bedcover for your comfort. Modern bathroom with rain shower head. Our building is secure by 24 hrs security camera, code to enter, sprinkle system, smoke detector alarm system, sound proof window and 45 minutes fire proof door with security access card to enter your room. We provide FREE high speed wifi/ Internet, Cable tv, 42” flat screen TV and telephone line for local call only. Electricity, hot water, air conditional (summer) and heating (winter) are included. All of our studio/rooms we provide fridge, microwave, hot plat, kettle and coffee maker. Laundry room is in the building and operated by coin. If you need a house cleaning we will provide you with an extra charge of $75/each time with all the bedcovers charged. ***Note: No parking in the building, private parking will cost between $200-$250/m in the area.
