* Although a regular-size wheelchair will fit through the front door, we can not call this apartment wheelchair accessible. The wheelchairs will not fit through the bathroom doors and we do not have accessible showers. If the person using the wheelchair can walk a little, this is a good choice.

Once you book this space, you will have access to the whole apartment (except for a utility room that remains locked at all times at the back of the apartment).

Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal with plenty of shops and cafés, "mom and pop" stores as well as your classics.

From the apartment, Le Metro Mont-Royal is 5 min walk. Taking the subway – metro – is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets.

Taxis or Uber are easily found in Montreal and there is a phone in the apartment you can use to order one.


Other notes:

- This apartment has 1 outdoor Ring camera (facing the front street door for break-in prevention only.) No view inside.

- You will be asked to provide your email, phone number once the booking is confirmed by VRBO.

- You must be at least 25 years of age to book this apartment. Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent or legal guardian's consent in writing.

- No 3rd party reservation will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present during the stay but doesn't need to be the 1st to arrive.

- Visitors and additional guests are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted by the owners.

- Non-smoking policy: Cigarettes and cigars are tolerated only if smoked OUTSIDE. Marijuana is NOT permitted on the premises, not even on the patio. When smoking outside, please do not through cigarette butts on the ground. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Parties are not permitted. If a noise complaint comes up, you will be notified and if the noise does not stop, you may be asked to leave.

-Please note: We cannot ship any items left behind after checkout. We kindly encourage guests to double-check the space before departure to ensure all personal belongings are taken with them.

IMPORTANT:
- With the rise of car theft in Montreal, anyone driving in should consider bringing a steering wheel lock bar or any other device that could keep the car from driving away (like a car booth). Anyone driving SUVs, especially Toyota Highlander, Honda CRV, any type of Lexus, Jeep (all kinds), Pickup trucks, or Toyota Rav4 Hybrid are encouraged to use indoor lots (the closest is located at 400 rue de Malines, a 10-minute walk away).
As a courtesy, we have a steering wheel bar available that guests can borrow.

Our onsite parking will be reserved for guests with mobility issues or small infants (with a car make and model that will fit in the space). Only smaller sedans will fit in the space. C$30/night.
It is MANDATORY to use both the steering wheel lock bar and boot while parked in our reserved onsite parking.

**FAB HomeRentals will not be held responsible for any thefts, incidentals or anything "parking related" **. By renting our apartment or our parking, guests acknowledge that they understand this.

- Our building and home insurance do NOT cover the guest's personal belongings and we can not be held responsible for them.

- We are certified by the CITQ and are a registered business in the province of Quebec. All applicable taxes will be charged GST, QST, and the QC Lodging tax. An additional receipt may be issued upon request.
