Family home well-suited for kids.

This is the home we live in so you will have access to plenty of kids’ toys, books etc.

Residential neighbourhood with several playgrounds, splash pads, a short walk from the Lachine canal (great for walking, biking), 3km from the charming Atwater market. Easy access to bustling neighbourhoods in Montreal’s south-west (Verdun and St Henri are 2km away each), 15 minute walk or bus ride to the green line metro for access to downtown Montreal, the Old Port etc.
The space
Bedrooms:
One queen bedroom on the ground floor.
Three bedrooms on the first floor, one king-sized Master bedroom and two kids rooms (one single bed, one smaller single bed suitable for kids until 4-5 years old). Pack ‘n’ play available on request.

Living areas:
Open plan kitchen with lots of counter space and a dish washer.
Spacious living and dining area. This is the house that we live in so you have access to plenty of kids’ toys, books, etc.

Two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, the other with a washer and dryer.

Outside spaces on the ground and first floor with BBQ, outdoor dining and relaxing area, small garden and access to our cherished community green alley (“ruelle La Cabriole”)
with a pedestrianised zone and lots of communal kids’ toys for sharing.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house.
Other things to note
This is the house that we live in with our two young children so our personal possessions will be in the home. You are welcome to use them, we simply ask that you tidy them away upon departure.
