In the heart of a charming countryside hamlet overlooking the vineyards of the Gers, 2 very chic private COTTAGES in the park of a Gascon castle for 2 families of 14 people max, with private swimming pool. Neat and harmonious decoration for a very charming assertive style.

These two spacious cottages, respectively, are perfect to comfortably accommodate 2 families of up to 14 people. Separated by a private central alley which leads to the owner's castle, they both offer a neat and refined decoration.
Each Cottage, named Wisteria and Rose has its own interior living spaces such as private living room, fitted kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, private outdoor terraces with garden furniture, umbrellas and wood-burning bbqs, but there are also plenty of space around to organize outdoor dinners.
The occupants of the cottages have access to a private swimming pool (10m x 7.5m. Depth: 1.5m) in the grounds of the Château, not far from their cottages, which has been entirely reserved for them. It is fenced, but unsupervised.
The surrounding wooded park offers enough space for children to play and parents to rest!

WISTERIA COTTAGE EQUIPMENT (8 people):
All the living rooms are concentrated on the ground floor. Bright entrance hall, linen room with sink and washing machine and a large central room with stone floor housing the kitchen, open to the dining room and the living room with sofas, TV and wood stove.

Wisteria kitchen is Fully equipped, as follow:

4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can comfortably accommodate 8 people. All bedrooms are upstairs. The master double bedroom (160x 200) has its own bathroom with shower and wc. Two other double bedrooms (2 twin beds 90x200 + 140 x200) share a bathroom with bathtub and wc. The last double bedroom (140x200) has its own bathroom with shower and wc.


ROSE COTTAGE EQUIPMENT (6 people):
The ROSE cottage is a single storey cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people. A double glazed entrance opens directly onto the central dining room which opens on the right on a bright and fully equipped kitchen and on the left on a comfortable living room with sofas, wood stove and TV. A small office is available at the end of the corridor.
The 1st double bedroom has twin beds which thus offers a 180x200 double bed with its own bathroom (bath and toilet), another double bedroom (140x200) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) share the other bathroom with shower and wc
