Located near Orange Julep, a 5-minute walk away, one of Montreal’s top roadside attractions and fast-food restaurants. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. You’ll find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near the building. Many other attractions await you in Montreal, so let the adventure begin!

Close to the main highway leading to downtown Montreal and Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. For those who enjoy walking, the Namur metro station is just a 5-minute walk from our place, located on Jean-Talon Street.

** No parties or gatherings are allowed in the apartment.
We are in a residential building with families.
If this rule is broken, law enforcement will be called, and everyone will be evicted from the unit without a refund.
** Smoking cannabis or cigarettes is prohibited in the unit.
If the unit is returned with a smoke odor, 150$ will be deducted from the security deposit.
** Shoes must be removed inside the unit.
