2. Luggage Drop-Off 🧳 Luggage drop-off is permitted only before check-in time and not after check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭 Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Please use designated outdoor areas only. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾 Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Please notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.|
6. Jacuzzi Usage 🛁 To ensure a comfortable and restful environment for all guests and neighbors, the jacuzzi may be used only until 10:00 PM. Please keep noise levels low at all times, as it is located next to a bedroom and late-night use may disturb others. Children must be supervised at all times while using the jacuzzi. Use the jacuzzi at your own risk. Please do not add soaps, oils, or any substances to the water. Improper use or failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning or maintenance fees.
7. No Parties or Events 🎉❌ Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
8. Security & Valuables 🔒 Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
9. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️ Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues and we’ll take care of them.
10. Climate Control 🌡️ Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
11. Cleanliness 🧹 Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
12. Respect for Property 🏡 Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
13. Emergency Procedures 🚨 Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first.

15. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨 Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.

I'm going to do my beat to be positive. The good: location, contact with the owner. The bad: hot tub was unusable, beds were average at best, tiny - pictures make it look bigger than it actually is, poorly equipped, really bright ( fine, it's loud at night, you are in the heart of things but get some decent window coverings so you can sleep past dawn),

Fantastic place and centrally located in the heart of the city!! Our host Sam was great and checked in with us to make sure everything was good and made sure to let us know to reach out to him if we need anything or had any issues!! The host was very responsive throughout the check-in process and the place overall is nice. The only criticism are that there is almost no seating in the apartment, none that is comfortable at least. The furniture is inadequate, even less than if I were in a hotel room.

Only provided 4 towels for 5 adults, and since there was a hottub, we probably could have used 2 each anyways.The hottub water was in serious need of filtering/replacement.As other reviews mentioned, the nearby nightclub and the street-side seating for the bars on the street made sleeping before 2:30 very difficult. If you're here to party this is probably not an issue, but if you want a good night's sleep, this isn't for you.Our dealbreaker in the end ended up being the hot water not working. Hosts should check that before guests show up. We had to deal with a night without water and then finding our own new place to stay the next day at our own cost.

Only stay here if you want to be partying until 3am!!! There is loud club music thumping half the night. Also be prepared to carry everything up 3 flights of steps and to find parking several blocks away. Its small and below average. The matresses were so so, the only couch/comfy chair is a small loveseat. The towel bars are all ripped off the walls, but that barely matters since they’re only about four towels in the whole place, and they feel like sandpaper anyway! No gas tanks for either the fire pit or the grill. Also the gate for the porch was ripped off it’s hinges.

What a great place to stay and enjoy the many fantastic restaurants and bars in the area! The beds were so comfortable- showers great and the hot tub- icing on the cake. Sam is easy to talk to and couldn’t be nicer!

The property was exactly what I was looking for on my trip to Montreal. Plenty of things to do in see nearby, close to transportation and sites downtown, Easy trip to and from Trudeau Airport. The property owner was very conscientious about making sure everything was just right, and checked in during my stay to make sure everything was just as it should be. I would highly recommend this location for anyone heading to Montreal,!

Extremely loud and incredibly close
If you are looking to be in the center of the action, this is the perfect place for you, but don’t expect to sleep. The bars in the area close at 3 AM and the house music playing at the bar in the basement practically vibrated the walls the entire time. There were other issues with the property but this was the deal-breaker for us.

Wonderful stay in Montreal
We had a great time here. The apartment was huge, very comfortable, and super clean. The terrace, with its view of the Leonard Cohen mural, was delightful. And the location was amazing — right in the center of the city, easy walking to McGill, Concordia, museums, shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is always an issue in Montreal, but we found clicknpark to be a big help in that regard. Thanks for a great trip, I’m sure we’ll be back!

The Bourbon Street of Montréal
It's in the center of all the action and walking distance to much of what's worth seeing and doing in Montréal. The hottub is a great way to be out in the cold and still be relaxed after a long day of walking. If you want peace and quiet the back bedroom is for you, however, the front two bedrooms echoed the noise of a loud crowd on the street below, at least during major holiday weekends like Easter. I personally found the noise entertaining. The architecture is classic and authentic Montréal style and form. There were some amenities missing, like detergent for the washing machine, but the host very quickly remedied that. All in all, a great stay.
