All guests agree to comply with the following rules prior to confirming their reservation.

***NO PARTIES***
If the guest is caught hosting a party they will forfeit their stay and all costs occurred in the reservation without refund. We want our guests to feel safe and respect the other people residing in the same building.

During your stay please:
* No Smoking / No Vaping inside the home.
* Quiet Hours - 11:00pm to 7:00am. Please respect other people living in the same building.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Please remove dirty shoes/boots while inside the home. A rubber tray is provided.
* All used towels can be left on the bathroom floor.
* If you happen to damage anything please let the host know ASAP so it can be replaced.

During Check-out/Departure please:
* All dishes are to be placed in the dishwasher and turned on for cleaning before departure.
* For long-term stays, garbage & recycling recovery days are on Monday & Thursday mornings.
* When leaving the house please ensure all windows and doors are locked and secure.
* All lights are to be turned off.
* Place assigned keys back on the dining table and lockbox.

Late Check-out:
Unless authorized by the host the check-out will be at 11:00 am. Please be kind and do not leave the cleaning team waiting to turn over the unit.
