In duplex, you will appreciate the ground floor: entrance, WC, fitted kitchen, living room directly open onto a spacious terrace facing the pontoon where your boat / jet ski will be moored. The pontoon stretches 8 meters by 3 meters. The barbecue and outdoor furniture are at your disposal to fully enjoy the southern Mediterranean sun.
Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area with 1 parental suite (a 160x200cm bed with high-end mattress and memory cushion), a private balcony overlooking the boats and 2 deckchairs to relax in, as well as a bathroom of bath. The second bedroom has a 140x200cm bed and a 90X200cm high bed (high-end bedding, memory cushions) with bathroom. An independent WC upstairs. Each room has air conditioning with independent regulation. The water is softened by a Thalassa softener.

The marina is close to the beach (5 min walk). It remains however located in a dead end where you will feel the tranquility.
