Contemporary house with pool

We rent our main residence during our holidays.
It is located in Jacou 20 minutes from downtown Montpellier.

We rent exclusively to families, not youth groups.

This is a contemporary villa with a landscaped garden and a secure pool.
We live in a subdivision located on the edge of vineyards where we enjoy walking. During walks you will see bulls of Vellas manade, Camargais horses.
Ideal for family holidays.

3 rooms:
In RdC, 1 parental suite with bed in 160 with room of water.
On the floor 2 rooms of child:
- one with 2 beds 90 (trundle bed)
- the other with a baby bed and a sofa bed type BZ 160.

All baby equipment is available, changing table, high chair.

Living room Open kitchen equipped with 50 m2 very bright (triple exposure East South West).

Air conditioning throughout the house.

Swimming pool secured by a blind (6 meters length / 3 meters width / 1m50 maximum depth).

We have a vegetable garden, we will rely on you to water and take care during your stay.
In return, you can enjoy tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, onions picked at maturity!

Ideally located 5 minutes by car from the terminus of the tram (free parking).
Direct line that can take you to the center of Montpellier (place of comedy) or by car 20 minutes.
5 minutes drive from Lac du Crès (supervised beach).
20 km from Palavas, Carnon to access the beaches of the Mediterranean or 30 km from La Grande Motte.

Must visit:
Pic St Loup and its famous vineyard (20 km).
Sète and Thau pond at 50 km,
the Salagou Lake 60 km
St Guilhem the Desert (beautiful village with river bath) 40 km
Grotte des Demoiselles 40 km
Aigues Mortes 40 km
Nimes 40 km
