"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

"We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."

"The biggest issue that I had was the information that I received about the bus was totally misleading . It says there is a bus down the street… it’s a 10-15 min walk. Oh and it only comes 2-3 times a day and forget about getting back there on the bus. So 1/2 of us came unprepared to rent a car. You must have a car unless you don’t plan on leaving. "Wow, what a stay. We stayed here as a family for a week in May and it was incredible. The views from the villa are unreal and the place itself is gorgeous. Monica is a fabulous host who cooked us a delicious meal on our first night. Her and Giovanni were so welcoming and suggested a beautiful restaurant nearby one evening and even booked it for us. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend."

"Wir waren 4 Nächte im Apartment und nutzen es als Basis zur Erkundung der näheren Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr liebenswert, wir konnten den hauseigenen Garten mit Pavillion und Außenpool nutzen. Der Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor war sehr gut. "Our family spent a wonderful week in the Tuscan hills. Gianluca’s home is well appointed and very comfortable. The property is on the top of a Tuscan Mountain. The views are amazing! The property has a church dating back to 1005 and a wonderful restaurant run by Furio and his family. There were 8 adults and the home had plenty of room for all of us! We would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to take day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the surrounding areas! Gianluca was very easy...

"The spaces are great for larger groups to have space away and privacy for breaks. The pool and outdoor dining area was amazing. As expected, water pressure in these older homes can be inconsistent, but was not a problem. The home is a bit away from major highways, so day trips were a little more local driving, but didn’t limit us. Host family is nearby for support, but non intrusive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner prepared our final night and everything was very hospitable."

"The room was old world 1900s with a deep tub but it was to short for me but there was never ending hot water. The restaurant had an excellent octopus soup.
