Just a few minutes from the Vézère and the unmissable Lascaux caves, this pied-à-terre offers you an ideal setting to discover the treasures of the region.



The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 travellers and is fully equipped to help you feel at home. Outside, a private terrace awaits you for your outdoor meals, and you can also enjoy the large shared and shaded garden, shared with other accommodations on the estate.



Fancy a refreshment? Take advantage of the communal swimming pool available to you during the summer period (open from 1st May to 28th September).



Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a pleasant living area of approximately 30 m² equipped with a reversible air conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave as well as all the necessary elements to cook. For your breakfasts, you will find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or in the fresh air on the terrace. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, ideal for getting together with family or friends, with its comfortable armchairs and coffee table.



Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms:



- A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200).

- A second bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x190cm) and a wardrobe.



The bathroom upstairs has a shower and a toilet.



A washing machine shared by the three cottages is at your disposal, as well as a private parking space right in front of the accommodation.
