A harbor, sailing, fishing on the lakes, birdwatching, or hiking for nature lovers (depending on availability, the owner may accompany you on your nature outings). Educational farm and local produce market 6 km away. The historic, medieval city of Troyes, with its museums, stained-glass windows, and factory outlets, is about 20 km away. First floor: veranda overlooking the courtyard, kitchen open to the dining room, spacious living room with a fireplace and a variety of board games, separate half-bath, and half-bath (shower + sink). Upstairs: landing with a relaxation area featuring armchairs and a bookshelf, second bathroom (shower + double sink + toilet), utility/laundry room, double bedroom (160x200 bed), second double bedroom (2 beds measuring 90x200 that can be joined together) and a crib, single bedroom (90x190 bed).
