"I had the opportunity to stay in this incredible apartment in Newark and I can say it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a welcoming and pleasant environment. The apartment was perfect, with modern decor and impeccable cleanliness. But what really impressed me was the kitchen! "I booked this place for a family member and he spoke to the person prior to arrival. Once arrived at the location the person stopped answering the phone. This was last Friday 3/20/26 and now today they attempted to remove money from my account which they were declined because I used my Cash App card. This place is a scam and thank God I didn’t use my bank card."

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "
