Located in Montgomery’s historic Garden District, the neighborhood around this home is known for its tree-lined streets, charming older houses, and relaxed residential feel. It’s a family-friendly area where neighbors are welcoming, kids can enjoy nearby green spaces, and the pace is calm and comfortable. You’ll be just a short drive from downtown Montgomery, local restaurants, parks, and major historic attractions—making it an ideal spot for families who want both peaceful surroundings and convenient access to the city.

Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the apartment. This home has an electronic lock on the front door.

We think of this single-level historic home as the easy landing at the end of a busy Montgomery day. You'll come in through your own private entrance to a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, where everyone can pile onto the couch for a movie. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair mean you can answer a few emails between museum visits, and the air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable whatever the season. The home has a game console, board games and a Ms. Pac-Man arcade game, so rainy evenings and early bedtimes take care of themselves.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• Two bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk bed that is best suited for children, with TVs in the bedrooms
• Pull-out sofa for adult guests who need an extra place to sleep
• Sleeps up to 8, with 5 beds in all
• One full bathroom with a bathtub, plus a half bathroom
• Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided, and there's a crib for little ones

KITCHEN & DINING
We stocked the kitchen so you can cook a real family dinner. You'll find a refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker with coffee for the first morning. Wine glasses are in the cupboard for the grown-ups. The dining room seats 6, so everyone can sit down to eat together. A washer and dryer are yours to use, which helps when you're traveling with kids or staying a few days.

OUTDOORS
The back and front yards are yours to enjoy. The backyard is fully fenced, so your pup can stretch their legs while you relax on the patio with outdoor furniture. The BBQ grill is ready for burgers after a day of sightseeing. It's a calm spot for morning coffee, and the kids can run around while you keep an eye on them. A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the home for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE HOME
This historic Garden District home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The bunk bed is best suited for children; a pull-out sofa is available as an alternative sleeping option for adults.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 8 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• The fireplaces are not for use
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

GOOD TO KNOW
Many repurposed materials were used for the outdoor walkways, so they can be uneven or slick. Please take care outside. The backyard is fully fenced. The Smart TVs are ready for your own streaming logins.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off beds and furniture, and clean up after them. Service animals are always welcome, at no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

LOCAL RULES
City of Montgomery Ordinance 29-2026 (short-term rentals):
• Park only in designated spaces. No buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Amplified music is allowed indoors only
• No weddings, receptions, parties, or events
• Trash bins must be kept out of public view except on collection day
The city fines the operator $250 for a first violation and $500 for each one after. If a guest's violation results in a city fine, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb's Resolution Center with the citation attached.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
