Shoreline Social House is a two-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome designed for up to 6 guests.

Both bedrooms feature king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, giving couples or families their own comfortable spaces to retreat. One bedroom offers an additional sleeping nook with XL twin bunks, providing space for two more guests.

Downstairs, the living, dining and kitchen areas are made for gathering, with plenty of room to settle in after a day on the lake. The dining table can accommodate 4 or extend to seat 6, and the kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to dinner at home.

The dedicated coffee bar is stocked with drip coffee, pods, flavored syrups and all the extras for your morning caffeine fix.

Outside, guests have a private fenced yard, especially convenient when traveling with a pup.

Just across the street, you’ll find lake access with nearby docking, and guests bringing a boat can enjoy complimentary access to the boat ramp with advance registration.

Guests have private access to the entire townhome and fenced yard during their stay.

You’ll also have access to select community amenities available to registered guests, including nearby lake access. The boat ramp is complimentary for registered guests bringing a boat, with advance registration required. Guest docking is located just across the street from the townhome, making it easy to get on and off the lake without a long trek back to the house.

Two dedicated parking spaces are available at the townhome.

The place is yours to enjoy! We’ll give you plenty of space, but we’re just a message away if you need anything during your stay. The best way to reach us is through the VRBO app, and we typically respond within an hour.

A few things to know before you book:

• Shoreline Social House is not waterfront. Lake access and guest docking are just across the street, and there aer two Walden boat ramps nearby.

• Bringing a boat? Complimentary boat ramp access is available, but advance registration is required. Please let us know at least 10 days before arrival so we can arrange the required boat/trailer tags. Trailer parking is at the boat ramps for up to 72 hours with required tags.

• Dogs are welcome! Please include your pup(s) on your reservation. Our private fenced yard and little “Pawlor” make traveling with them a little easier.

• This is a two-story townhome, and all beds are upstairs.

• Shoreline Social House is located within the Walden community, so guests are expected to follow community rules during their stay.
