When this house was purchased it was still filled with the owners belongings from the 1970's. Imagine the house being completely decorated in 70s style, including orange toilets and wallpaper throughout! You will feel the retro modern vibe as soon as you walk in. From the bamboo decor to the original rattan chairs and the neon sign. This place is filled with charm along with all the modern amenities. Complete with a two story deck, overlooking the lake!

You will love this quiet neighborhood in a private section of Walden on Lake Conroe. You have lakefront access directly in front of our property by way of a peaceful canal.

Enjoy swimming in the canal, fishing, using the paddle boards and floats, and conveniently parking your boat on the bulkhead during your stay!

We are around the corner from Einstein's Ship Store where you can rent boats, and a quick boat ride or a 7 minute car ride to Margaritaville where you can get day passes and use their amenities!

Downtown Montgomery is so quaint and has some wonderful shops, restaurants, and activities!

You'll have access to the whole townhouse, community pool, Lake Conroe, Property specific bulkhead, the yacht club, lakeside restaurants and the Walden landscaped trails and outdoor parks for your enjoyment during your stay.

You will be sent a unique door code for use during their stay. This code is provided day of at the time of checkin. Pre-arrival form must be completed prior to stay. Checkin is at 4pm, Checkout is at 11am
You will enjoy a carefree, fun filled time during your stay at EverGreen Cove! You have direct access to a quiet cove outside the back door where you can paddle board, swim, fish, and park your boat!

No boat? No problem! Einstein's is a short walk away and has boats for renting or you can rent from a boatsetter and individuals will drop the boat off in front of the Property.
