This beautifully renovated studio is just a short stroll from the charming restaurants, bars, and shops of Old Cloverdale, and only five minutes by car to downtown Montgomery. Huntingdon College and ASU are also nearby, making it an ideal spot for graduation weekends, homecomings, or campus visits.

Recently given a top-to-bottom refresh, the studio offers both style and comfort. Tucked away in the backyard of a quiet family home, it’s a peaceful retreat in the heart of it all.

Welcome to our charming and newly renovated studio, nestled above our garage in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. As you pull into the driveway on the right, you'll find the staircase leading up to your private haven.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy and stylish space that combines comfort with modern amenities. The queen bed beckons you for a restful night's sleep, and to the right, a smart TV awaits for your entertainment needs. On the left, you'll discover a well-appointed kitchenette with stainless appliances, a small dining area perfect for intimate meals, and a versatile workspace.

The bathroom is a highlight of the studio, featuring a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a new vanity, and contemporary finishes throughout. The entire space has been thoughtfully designed and recently updated with new paint and flooring, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

We understand that pets are part of the family, so we are delighted to be a pet-friendly accommodation. Feel free to bring your furry friends along for the adventure!

Cozy, comfortable stay

Nice property overall, and fantastic historic neighborhood! Nearby there's the park, and the location was good for the event at the coliseum I attended.The photos do make the place look about 5 times as big as it is, just a heads up! It is really just a bedroom and bathroom, though the kitchenette was very handy and well equipped.Back yard could definitely use some owner TLC. Stuff was strewn all about and it is NOT completely fenced - fence is down in the back of the property. I guess the main house is also a rental - no owner on site. The other guests left outside lights on that shone in the windows all the last night, but I guess that's what sleep masks are for! Would stay again. Host was adequately in contact for easy check in and check out.
