"Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again."

"From start to finish this trip was amazing. Easy to book and involved host. The cabin was extremely clean with everything you could want or need. Host thought of everything even the items you may have forgotten. Cabin has all the modern tech and internet works as it should! Very close to Burney Falls and within driving distance to several other nature trails and falls. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed camp fires around the fire pit and relaxing by the fire place after a long day of exploring....

"I stayed here with my brother-in-law and our kids, all between the ages of 5-11. The house was perfect for our stay, with all the amenities we needed, and the location was ideal for fishing and exploring. The check in process was seamless. Overall, this was a wonderful experience."

"The property is located on 2 acre land with apple trees, a pond, game room and the beautiful terrace home. Deers wonder around the property all day long which was a lovely site for kids and adults equally. The house was cozy and comfy. Nicole had turned on the fire before our arrival that made our arrival and evening stay very comfortable. Nicole was very prompt in answering questions and providing support we needed. The pictures of the rooms are so totally off from what you see in person!! "Room was clean, fair price, convenient to Lassen NP Only downside was the town water supply had ecoli detected so there was a boil water order in effect the night I stayed, all restaurants were closed...had to buy frozen dinner at grocery store for din. "We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"
