Sky Garden Sarandi [ SuperLoft ] Pool & Barbacue

"SuperLoft" is the "Premium" apartment, the most spacious one in this beautiful building. It’s a studio apartment, and the sleeping area features a king-size bed. There is a table suitable for working on a laptop, a living-dining area with a sofa bed integrated into the kitchen, and a kitchen with a four-burner stove and oven. It also has a small balcony ideal for breakfast in the sun and suitable for smokers. (Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.) The bathroom is separate from the living area and features a shower and a bidet attached to the toilet.
The landscaped terrace, shared with the rest of the building, spans nearly 200 meters across different levels and includes a stone barbecue (perfect for grilling), a winter garden, a wooden terrace/solarium, an elevated lookout, and a small swimming pool—an open-air bath—as well as nearly 80 trees and plants!
The pool is just for cooling off; it can accommodate three or four people at a time. It’s a sort of hot tub but without bubbles. Perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or gazing at the starry sky on a clear day (open only in the summer).
The house features two incredible, well-preserved antique stained-glass windows.
There’s also a free laundry room shared with the rest of the building.
There is an additional dining room shared with the rest of the building in case some guests are invited to dinner, birthday parties, or other celebrations (check booking conditions).
