Located in Montesquieu-des-Albères, this single-storey semi-detached house of 90 m² offers beautiful mountain views. The property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a small bedroom with a single bed, a shower room, and separate toilet. Up to 4 guests can stay here. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), three TVs, a DVD player, three fans, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and three coffee machines.



Enjoy a 200 m² outdoor area with a 100 m² swimming pool, a covered terrace with a plancha grill, and garden furniture. Up to three cars can be parked directly on-site. There is also storage for motorbikes, bicycles, and skis. Families with children are welcome. Parties are not allowed.



Towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee. A welcome aperitif is offered. The owner lives next door and can assist you if needed. Color-coded bins are provided to help you sort waste. Further information will be given on site.



The pool is reserved for guests until 6 pm, after which it is shared with the owners. Shorter stays (4 or 5 nights instead of 7) are possible outside high season on request. Optional linen available on request.
