"A well cared for, clean space that’s perfect for all that the Lincoln/N. Woodstock are has to offer. Easy access to food, shopping, winter and summer activities, and the Kancamagus Highway. A place to call home away from home. Parking was simple. If we’d stayed longer we would have taken advantage of the additional offsite amenities but enjoyed just hunkering in between our busy activities. Host was a real person with recommendations when we asked for them. Thanks for our stay!"

"House was per the photos. Great location for all local attractions. Kitchen was well furnished with cookware etc. lots of nice touches like coffee provided, nice towels, access to Netflix and other channels. Would definitely rent again. "

"Wonderful stay! FYI- Maps app doesn't bring up the address. However please take note and print out the details that they give you prior to getting there. Service is spotty in the area. This house is on gravel road and it's secluded. We had a great stay and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area. We enjoyed the corn hole boards and horse shoes for the afternoon wind down. We stayed for 3 days and was able to see all the New River gorge areas in these 3 days. No hiking just taking...

"Our host was very welcoming and helpful once we arrived. She checked in via text occasionally to see if we needed anything and to ensure things were going well. She offered ideas for places to visit and shop. The kitchen is well-stocked. The place is very quiet--we had rain and wind for the first several days, but didn't hear it while sleeping. The king size bed is very, very comfortable for sleeping. The temperatures turned colder (mid-30's to upper 40's), and we were very comfortable with...
