The house is attached to the charming Chapel of Santo Stefano in Suvignano.

Villa is on two floors. Vescovado di Murlo is just 3 km away, with its shops, bank, restaurants and bar.

The villa, sleeps 14, is extremely comfortable and pretty, divided on two floors and two independent entrances.
In front of the pool there is a covered area with table, chairs and bbq at the disposal of the guests. To the opposite side, in the garden there is an outdoor space equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with a kitchen corner (induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher); a double bedroom (queen size bed) with ensuite shower bathroom; a second well equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer and dishwasher) and dining area; living room and one toilet.
On the first floor there are six bedrooms (three doubles and three twins) and three bathrooms with shower. Each double room shares the bathroom with a twin bedroom.
