La Palazzina is a farmhouse with swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests in the Crete Senesi, 5km from Siena with breathtaking views of the countryside, the hillside location allows you to see Siena and the Torre del Mangia.

The house has a large fenced outdoor space (about 500sqm), a loggia of about 20sqm furnished, an exclusive barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor dining. The pool is fenced (about (70sqm - 6x12) and set up with sunbeds.

The location of the house is strategic to visit Siena (in July and August there is Il Palio, the famous horse race), Monteriggioni and the Montagnola Senese, reach San Gimignano, visit the Chianti area of Siena and organize a visit to Montalcino where you can visit the famous Brunello di Montalcino wineries. Just 40 minutes away is Rapolano Terme. The area is popular with cycling enthusiasts.

The interior of the house is on the first floor and consists of a kitchen complete with fridge, hob, dishwasher, American coffee machine, toaster and moka. The living room is large and well furnished with a double sofa bed and Smart TV. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a bathroom with bathtub. Iron and ironing board, laundry room on the ground floor, cot and high chair are at guests' disposal.
