"A beautiful large home with plenty of bedrooms and space to just relax after a long day on the water or catching a show at Tangle Wood. Our family enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and large backyard complete with a fire pit, large hot tub, grilling area and ample seating. This home has two kitchens a large family room with a pool table, two full bathrooms and two laundry rooms. We will definitely look to book this property again when in the Pittsfield-Lenox area. "

"This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! "

"Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation."

"This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. "From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. "How does such a terrible motel exist in such a popular and expensive tourist town? These rooms have not been updated in at least 20 years. The room smelled like a locker room and the air conditioner smelled like a mouse had died inside. The room, walls, floors, baseboards, light switches, etc were filthy. There was a cigarette burn in the bathtub. I think they were selling drugs from the room next door. Lee cops were there at least 3 times during our 3 day visit. Pool not open. Ice machine and...
