OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA & POOL

Nestled in the fertile Chiana Valley, Villa Maramai is the idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With over 2 acres of private gardens, open plains, and lush greenery that encircle you, it’s hard not to fall in love with the carefree Tuscan lifestyle.

From the delightful 11 x 5 meter pool (which produce fun artificial waves), take in the beauty that surrounds you. With 8 separate sun chairs and loungers and plenty of open space, find what activity best suits you. Under the extended roof or in the Loggia, avoid the sun while sipping on a nice glass of wine. With ample seating available, enjoy the fresh breeze of the country air.

In the backyard of the villa, an exterior vine-covered pergola can be found. A perfect place for al fresco dining, celebrate your first day in paradise with a cooked meal prepared by our housekeeper/chef (please see ‘VIP Services’ Section)

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN:

With generous sized rooms under illustrious brick & wood beamed ceilings, Villa Maramai comes equipped with 3 distinct living rooms and a beautiful kitchen area.

Upon entering the villa, find yourself in the primary living room. Open and airy, have a seat on the plush armchairs while you enjoy a roaring fire in the antique fireplace. With direct exterior access through large french doors, transition from indoors to outdoors while you prepare a meal on the barbecue.

For those who just can’t seem to kick their TV habit while on vacation, we got you covered! The family room is equipped with sofas and a flat screen television with numerous channels. With direct access to the pool area through patio doors, stay in contact with your friends and family even while watching TV!

The ground floor living room provides a more private and intimate setting. Generously sized with 4 separate sofas, discuss daily plans with guests before the start of an exhilarating day!

Opening up to the terrace, the kitchen features a stone sink, modern appliances, and a functional design. Centered around a large 8 person dining table, have an indoor meal every once in awhile!

MASTER SUITES

Both equipped with king size beds, air condition and ceiling fans, and storage space to unpack your bags, the master suites of Villa Maramai feature windows for natural light and spacious designs.

Both bedrooms have their very own ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a luxury tub, respectively.

Boasting stunning views of the surrounding area through its windows, the twin suite is furnished 2 twin beds, air condition, a ceiling fan and a small seating area. The ensuite bathroom includes a bidet and a tub.

With plenty of storage space, the fourth bedroom of the villa has a single bed, air condition and ceiling fan. Its ensuite bathroom is finished with a shower.

ANNEX SUITE

Located in a separate living space off the pool area, the annex functions as a private quarters for its guests. The annex has a private living room with couch (which can be converted into a single sofa bed), queen size bed up on a mezzanine, kitchenette,. Its ensuite bathroom is furnished with a shower!

The villa is professionally managed, fully cleaned before every stay, and for your convenience, it comes with clean luxury linens & bedding, towels, cleaning products, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

The entire villa is fully equipped with free wifi

Your stay includes:

- Full Service Concierge on hand to provide you with expert local tips and recommendations during your stay, as well as to help plan, reserve and/or book your activities & on-site V.I.P. services or for you
