"The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. I cannot say enough about the host, Syed! He bent over backward to transport us to where we wanted to go. (We did a cooking class about 15 minutes from the city! I highly recommend.) "Ideally located at the top of the old town. Five minute walk to the main square. Five minute walk to plenty of free parking along the town wall. Great views across the Tuscan valley from all rooms with complete privacy. Well stocked with supplies in the kitchen,laundry etc.The host was born in the town and speaks perfect English.He was easily accessible with great recommendations of his beloved home. Highly recommend. Will be back."

"We sent an email to VRBO regarding this discusting property. The bed sheet was horrible stained and had not been changed in weeks maybe months, there was no top sheet and the comforter stank terribly. The host suggested that we should leave and we did after the first night. Later in a call with VRBO he denied knowing that we had left even though he suggested it and his lackey - Susie - watched us pack and leave. This was a horrible experience.
