We had no other option since they didn't give us a cash refund although we paid in advance so the offered us a small apartment above thier house with a promise to partial refund that we didn't get so far, 1 month after."

Big shaded area for dining outside.Some furniture needs updating, The oven in downstairs flat did not work. Wifi was good.
