Inside, you’ll find a cozy environment fully equipped with everything you need: a private bathroom, a convenient fully-equipped kitchenette, a refrigerator, a television, and a complete set of sheets and towels.

The beating heart of Case a Stratola, located in the town of Montella, is its vast green park, designed to let you fully experience the beauty of the great outdoors. The little ones can have fun in complete safety in the large, fully fenced playground, complete with swings, climbing structures, and plenty of space to run around happily. For those who love socializing, the lush garden features a comfortable covered area with a shared barbecue—the perfect spot to rediscover the joy of dining outdoors. Rounding out the amenities, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi and a convenient private (though unguarded) parking lot.

On summer days, you can enjoy the beautiful pool, shared with other guests and open daily from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 7:00 p.m. Please note that swim caps are required to enter the water. It is also important to note that the pool area does not have a lifeguard service; the area is unsupervised, and the hosts assume no liability in this regard. For this reason, the constant supervision of children is the sole and exclusive responsibility of their parents or guardians.
