SoSunny! Studio on Leaders Ave

This cozy and typically Jamaican studio is fully equipped and is located in the back of the main house with a view on the beautiful backyard, fruit trees, swings and hammocks.
At night, we can hear the crickets and stare at the moon, while lazing in a long chairs.
We just built a big Yoga platform, so please let us know if you would like to schedule a private session with one of our yoga masters.
We also have art tables scattered through the yard where you can create jewelry, and other arts and crafts souvenirs.

The Sunny studio has a complete kitchen with a mini fridge, gas stove, toaster oven, full ustensile and cook wear; a new double bed and a cute bathroom (Shower), and it has its own Internet access

Depending on the time of the year, we have many different kinds of Mangos, Avocados, Bananas and Plantains, Starfruits, Ackees, Breadfruits to name a few! It would be our pleasure to be sharing with you!
We're very lucky to be located in an area that is so close to beaches, downtown and airport, and at the same time, you feel miles away from the city.

Having the Sunny Studio located at the back of the property means that you hardly heard the road noise, but this is Jamaica, people, and while you will be sleeping to the sound of the crickets, you may hear an airbreak trucs, bike revving, dogs barking... But thats just Jamaica :-)

The well appointed studio is well thought and very comfortable for it's size. The private patio is covered from the sun, so relaxing outside overlooking the property is a lovely experience!

Beside the main house which our family lives in, we have available for short term rentals 2 littler studios: The Sunny and The Pinky and a larger wooden cabin.
We believe it is important for our guests to have their private space or patio, so everyone can enjoy a quiet and alone time.
The yard is an acre, it is really huge, use it at your leisure, move around and explore the property, climb trees, pick bananas, the whole yard! :-)
Other things to note
We can also do amazing simple breakfast, 2 eggs, plantain, toasts, mountain of fruits and coffee or tea for $12:-)
